Portfolio Allocation Update: Exiting DDOG & SNDK, Initiating PLTR & MRNA

We executed a strategic reallocation representing approximately 10% of our total portfolio assets entering Q4. This capital was redeployed to manage valuation risk and expand our chokepoint thesis into foundational operating platforms.

The Exits: Managing Multiples and Concentration

  • Datadog (DDOG): We liquidated this position entirely. While the underlying business fundamentals remain strong, the prevailing price-to-earnings multiple (>500x) presents asymmetric downside risk. In a shifting yield environment, mathematical certainty in valuation is required. The current premium cannot be justified exclusively by projected free cash flow expansion.

  • SanDisk (SNDK): This execution was a tactical reduction in aggregate memory sector concentration. We maintain our primary high-bandwidth memory exposure through Micron (MU), but scaling back our total sector weight protects the portfolio against cyclical inventory risks.

The Initiations: Enterprise Ontology and Biological Compute

  • Palantir (PLTR): We initiated a position to secure the structural monopoly in enterprise AI deployment. Hardware compute is ineffective without structured data ontologies. Palantir operates as the definitive operating system for institutional and governmental data integration, possessing an unbreachable moat in high-security environments.

  • Moderna (MRNA): This expands our thesis beyond digital hardware into biological compute. We classify Moderna as an information technology platform applied to biology, rather than a traditional pharmaceutical equity. Their mRNA architecture functions as a programmable foundation for next-generation therapeutics, offering exposure to a revolutionary technological chokepoint.

Our cash position remains near zero. We remain fully deployed in the physical monopolies and operating systems driving the global economy.
